Accessing Our Services

If your child is experiencing difficulties in the areas of communication, social interaction or managing challenging behaviors, ABA services may be beneficial. Coverage of ABA is available through LA Medicaid for recipients under the age of 21.

ABA services are available to recipients who are: 

  • Age 18 months and older and registered in LA Medicaid 

  • Diagnosed with one of the following:

    • Autistic Disorder (AD)

    • Childhood Disintegrative Disorder (CDD)

    • Asperger's Syndrome (AS)

    • Pervasive Developmental Disorder Not Otherwise Specified (PDD-NOS)
